This Privacy Policy describes how Finnova (a brand of DEVOPS LLC, "we") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of visitors to finnova.uz.

The data controller is DEVOPS LLC ("DEVOPS" MCHJ, Finnova brand), Tax ID (STIR): 305644040, Tashkent, Shaykhantakhur district, Kichik Halqa Yo'li St., 14, apt. 10. For data processing enquiries: info@finnova.uz.

Through the contact form we collect: name, company name, phone number, and email address. Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is collected automatically via cookies and analytics.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed to respond to your enquiries and for business communication, based on your consent and/or pre-contractual steps. Analytics data is processed to improve the website, based on consent.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) and the Bitrix24 widget. Analytics and marketing scripts load only after your consent in the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent by clearing the site's cookies.

5. Data sharing

Form data is transferred to the Bitrix24 CRM system to process your request. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
